Median Prices for houses is still looking stable around different neighborhoods.
These prices are compared to a year ago:

   North Seatte:  $415,770 UP 2%
   Edmonds:  $347,115 DOWN 5%
   Bothell:  $348,778 UP 1%
   Bellevue:  $552,569 EVEN
   Sammamish:  $569,863 EVEN
   South Seattle:  $283,035 DOWN 9%

Median Prices for Condos compared to a year ago are stabilizing as well but not at the same rate as Single Family Residences:
   Downtown:  $373,292  DOWN 6%
   Capitol Hill:  $280,631 EVEN
   North Seattle:  $233,394 UP 2%
   Edmonds:  $266,474 DOWN 2%
